A founding gift of $750,000 would launch a regional waste-tire recovery demonstration designed to fund recurring diesel savings for eligible farmers. OTX is seeking a lead donor, or a small group of philanthropists, to establish the project in a rural community. Nebraska is a potential location.

How the benefit reaches farmers.

Recover waste tires
Collected from municipalities, farms, and informal dump sites in the host region.

Recover oil, carbon, and steel
An operating partner processes tires into saleable commodities and collects an acceptance fee per tonne.
- Step 03
Fund farmer fuel savings
Product-sales and tire-acceptance revenue supports a contracted farmer fuel fund, applied by a cooperative or distributor at the pump.
Waste tires would be processed into oil, recovered carbon, and steel by an operator to be selected. Product sales and tire-acceptance fees would support a contracted farmer fuel fund. A cooperative or distributor would apply the benefit to purchases of compliant finished diesel.
A scale reference: 30,000 metric tonnes annually.

The site and operating provider remain to be selected. Equipment scope may require phased delivery or further capital. Farmer rebates would be funded separately through operating contributions and donor matching.
One harvest, or every harvest.
USDA’s $8 billion Harvest Fuel Relief program offers one-time payments for the 2026 harvest. GYNI aims to establish local productive assets whose earnings can support farmers across successive harvests.

Reporting donors and farmers can verify.
OTX would oversee charitable funds, equipment arrangements, and objective farmer eligibility. Reporting would show operating performance, tires removed, and verified savings per farm. No operator contribution or distributable cash flow has yet been secured.
